Our Process

1. Collection: On your bin collection day, after the council has emptied your bins, we collect them from your kerbside or agreed location.
2. Hot wash: Using our purpose-built bin cleaning vehicle, bins are washed inside and out with high-pressure hot water at 80°C+ to kill bacteria and remove all residue.
3. Sanitisation: An antibacterial, food-safe sanitiser is applied to all interior surfaces, followed by a fresh deodoriser.
4. Drying and return: Bins are left to drip-dry briefly and then returned to your property — clean, sanitised, and smelling fresh.
5. Regular scheduling: If you’re on a regular plan, we automatically return on your chosen frequency — you don’t need to do anything.
